电动移动式货架

智能电动移动货架系统，是专业的高密度智能仓储系统，是集上位机WMS仓库管理软件、进口PLC、变频器、传感器、7英寸触摸屏、安卓智能移动终端采集器、RFID、条码技术系统智能存储功能为一体的现代化仓储管理系统，该系统仅需要一条通道，空间利用率极高。适用于冷链物流、食品、医疗、汽车厂零部件仓库等各行各业单位面积造价较贵之仓库，如冷库货架、防爆仓库货架等。通过电机驱动承载台车，台车上放置托盘式货架，悬臂货架等，变频调速，货架从启动到制动都实现自动化、智能化、安全可靠。根据导轨形式分为有轨式和无轨式两种结构。
Shuttle racking is composed of upright, link pole, arm beam, adjustable foot, arm, pallet guide board, galvanized pallet support rail, protector, and forklift positioning plate. The arm beam connects the upright and the pallet support rail to form an integral unit, and horizontal bar can be configured, so that the precision of the racking can be guaranteed while the overall stability can be effectively enhanced. The adjustable feet of the upright frame are high strength bolts, which can not only ensure the installation precision of the guide rail in horizontal direction but also effectively mitigate the impact caused by uneven subsidence of floor. Pallets are placed on the upper surface of the guide rail and intelligent shuttle runs on the lower part of the guide rail. Wide opening design is used for the upper part of the guide rail, so that the intelligent shuttle can be conveniently placed into the guide rail.
电动移动式货架的特点
1、节省空间
在同一区域里，电动移动式货架只需要一个取货通道，与普通货架相比，能节省一半的空间。
2、提高工作效率
因为只有一个取货通道，所以不必在不同通道间来回穿梭，叉车、作业者所需要行走距离得以缩短，大大提高了工作效率；
Characteristics of electric mobile racking
1. Save space
In the same area, the electric mobile racking only needs one goods pickup channel, so its footprint is 50% smaller than common racking.
2. Improve working efficiency
As there is only one goods pickup channel, the forklifts and operators do not need to come and go in different channels, and their travelling distance is shortened, greatly improving working efficiency.

3、结构简单、施工方便
与普通固定货架相比，只是增加了底部的移动台车，而该台车的结构也很简单，没有繁杂的零部件，操作和维护都简单方便。
轨道方式承重大，每间口最重可以承重32T，使用专门轨道，与地面平齐，保持地面的平整性。无轨道方式的施工作业更简单、方便，不需要破坏现有地面。
3. Simple structure and convenient construction
Compared with common fixed racking, this racking only has an additional mobile carrier at the bottom. Besides, the carrier also has simple structure and no complex parts, so it can be operated and maintained easily and conveniently.
In the case of the track type, the system has a high load bearing capacity up to 32T per unit. It uses special rail embedded at the ground level, so the flatness of the floor can be kept.In the case of the trackless type, the construction is even easier and more convenient, and will not damage the existing ground.

4、抗震性、稳定性好
不进行作业的移动列是可以并靠在一起的，扩大了放置面，提高了整体的抗震性和稳定性。由于靠在一起，货架上的货物也不容易滑落。

If the “Ventilation” button on the LCD touch screen is pressed, all the mobile racking will be arranged in equal spacing, so that inventory can be made conveniently for each channel and cold air can circulate evenly in the case of cold storage.
